In my work I deal with the cohesion between inorganic and organic matter. I use clay itself as the organic matter which I shape into the geometric forms of my vessels. I have always had a fascination for the structure of geometry and organic patterns that happen in nature, and how time causes them to erode differently. I take aspects of both sides and converges them into a thought-provoking piece. Key elements of my work also often include the effect humans have on the natural world and the etherealness of both.
